Shipping, Delivery and Returns

Do I have to pay shipping charges?

We are really happy to announce that shipping within India will be free on purchases above Rs 699. Below Rs 699, a small shipping fee of Rs 86 will be charged.

For international shipments, Shipping is free above ₹9999, A flat fee of $12  will be charged below that for the first product and for the every other single product shipping will be $6 extra.
All rates and slabs may vary by a few points, per exchange rates.

By when will I receive my order?

You will receive an order receipt and product delivery information email as soon as the order is placed. Although it is likely to come sooner, please allow 8-12 days for delivery in India, and 15-20 days for international deliveries. We are working with very reliable shipping partners and are super excited for your products to get to you, so don’t worry - we will get them there as soon as we can!

How do I know whether the product can be delivered to my area? 

Made for Me is geared up to get our exciting new products in the hands of customers pretty much wherever they are. This might be affected if there are any climate calamities or any political or government restrictions. Some times it also depends upon the serviceability of our courier Partners. 

Can I Opt for Cash On Delivery?

We are currently not accepting Cash on Delivery (COD). 

Why have I received only a part of my order?

Depending on what you have ordered, various products may have their own delivery duration. Please note that if you have ordered multiple items, the entire order may not be delivered together, but will be delivered as soon as possible.

Order Cancellation

  • Most of our Products are Made to order hence once an order is placed cannot be cancelled after 12 hours of order placement.
  • However you can contact us on +91 9510299275 to know if there is a slightest chance to cancel it. 

Exchange

Required Criteria-

  • Wrong Size or Color delivered and Product hasn't been worn / washed and it should have the hang tag and original packaging on it as received. 

Return & Refund

Required Criteria-

  • Product delivered with manufacturing defect and Product hasn't been worn / washed and it should have the hang tag and original packaging on it as received.  

Return and Refunds on Sale Items

Items on special sale such as Month End Sale, Clearance Sale, etc are not eligible for return and refunds.

Exchange and Return Process

  1. Submit the request within 72 hours of recieving the product.
  2. After we recieve your request, we will start the further process.
  3. Upon recieving your product we will inspect it and initiate the Exchange/Return within 3-5 working days.

Courier Charges on Returns​

In case of return or exchange the shipping costs will be bared by the customers. Customers will be liable to send us the defective products back to us and on the receipt of the same refunds will be processed.

    • Made for Me's Quality Assurance Team makes the final decision on whether a return can be accepted.
    • PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE IN DAMAGED CONDITION
    • When we receive your returned package, we will inspect the item to confirm that it is unused and in its original packaging. Then we will email you to confirm next steps.
    • Please note that every effort has been made to use images that most accurately reflect the garments. However, this is not an exact science and slight variations may occur.
